Paws In Flux LLC. Is fully bounded and insured?
Yes we are!
We are insured and bounded by Kennel Pro.
Do you have a specific time for your service(s)?
Our regular hours are from 6 am – 8 pm
We provide also after hours by request only. Some extra charges may apply.
We have a two hours time frame, from the time we schedule or otherwise specified.
Why do I have to provide two (2) sets of keys?
Due to our experience, there were cases were keys were misplace, broken, let inside the house and even some clients calling in the middle of the night asking for a set of keys due to lost ones.
We just want to be prepared for any inconvenience without jeopardizing the well-being of your pet.
Can I negotiate rates?
No, Paws In Flux LLC. has the same policy for everyone but we provide a variety of “Packs” 10 or 20 that will save our clients lots of money.
Some clients have purchased 50 Pack and even 100 Pack because they use our services so frequently.

The House Care Program will also take care of our pets during visits?
Will take a look of at your pet(s) during our time there to make sure they have clean water, food if is required, clean any accident your little on have done and interact with him it’s a must for us.
But because the House Care Program requires specific attention and has high demands we can not take your pet for walk or any other task that requires extra time. For any special request please let us know in advance.
Is the Initial Interview necessary?
Yes it is, but there is no science to it!
We just want to have a better idea of your needs, interact with your pet, fill out some paperwork, handle keys and schedule the best time for us to start.
Can I hire your walkers directly?
Yes, you can!
But they must be hired through Paws In Flux LLC. There will be a fee of $3000 that must be paid in order to release any employee's contract.
All of our walkers are under contract, which means no one is allow to work as a dog walker, sitter, or any job related with animals outside there hours by other company or by a private client during or after three (3) years after completion his/her contract.
Please don’t put yourself and our employees in an awkward situation by offering deals that may jeopardize our longtime employees.
At what age I consider daycare or boarding for my dog?
As long they have all their vaccination ( Rabies, Bortadella and Parvo )
What are your methods of payments?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Discover,Master Card and Amex).
We also accept Paypal and Google Wallet
Check must be sent, and clear by the financial institution/bank prior to service and made payable to Paws In Flux LLC.
Most of our clients prefer to pay our services in cash.
Will you always use the same walker for my dog?
Yes, we know how important this is for you as well as for your dog. We will always assign the same walker to take care of you pet. But sometimes due to some emergencies we will let you know in advance if someone different will arrive.

Do I need to tip my dog walker/sitter?
That’s absolutely up to you! If you feel the desire to award our employee with a tip or a gift, we are sure it will be appreciated.
